We recommend that an applicant attend a grant workshop and review both their proposal and support materials with the appropriate staff at their local arts council’s office. United Arts and partner councils are available to help applicants submit complete and competitive proposals. Awarded projects may receive full or partial funding. Applicants are not required to match the grant award. All else being equal, a proposal showing a serious financial commitment from the applicant will be reviewed more favorably than one that does not.
