Existing Cultural Arts Representatives

Thank you for your dedication to supporting arts education for our Wake County students!

Cultural Arts Representatives are volunteers who coordinate arts programming for their schools and serve as the primary liaison between the school and an artist.  Cultural Arts Representatives are either parent members of the school's PTA or teachers within the school. See full job description.

Cultural Arts Representative Training Sessions (held at United Arts' office):

  • Early August 2017

Cultural Arts Booking Fair

  • A Saturday in August 2017

Grant applications for the 2017-18 school year are due:

  • Early September 2017

Grant-funded programs began:

  • Monday, October 2, 2017

Contracts for all programs in the 2017-18 school year are due no later than:

  • Date to be determined in December 2017.  This is not a post-mark deadline.
