Every Spring, the 4th Congressional District, represented by U.S. Representative David Price, and the 13th Congressional District, represented by U.S. Representative Brad Miller, join hundreds of Congressional districts throughout the country in hosting an arts competition for high school students.
The Congressional High School Arts Competition in both districts is open to students in public and private high schools as well as home-schools. The first place winners are awarded a scholarship from Savannah School of Art and Design, a $500 US Savings Bond and complimentary framing of the awarded artwork.
