There is no fee to participate in the program.

In the adult classifications, winners will receive $300 for first place, $200 for second place and $100 for third place. In the youth classifications, $75 will go to first-place, $50 to second-place, and $25 to third-place winners. A Best of Show award of $300 will be presented.

The National Arts Program® was conceived by Leonard E. B. Andrews, art collector, publisher, business executive and journalist, “for the encouragement and development of artistic expression.”
