Artists are invited to paint in the open air May 1 - July 31 at North Hills. Artist registration forms are available at ArtSource, Flink’s, and northhillsraleigh.com. Art festival and silent auction August 9 at North Hills. Proceeds benefit the United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County.
