New City Council Liaison to United Arts Board
 
 
The Raleigh City Council has named Nancy McFarlane as its liaison to the United Arts Council Board of Directors as an ex officio member. She replaces Joyce Kekas, who ended her tenure on the Raleigh City Council in December.
