What are my payment options?
 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept debit cards backed by Visa/MasterCard (if their logo appears on your bankcard).
 
Can I make a pledge now and pay later?
Can I be billed if I don't want to use my credit card?
 
Yes, this system accepts both online donations and pledges. Simply follow the Click&Pledge link above and choose "invoice" as your payment method. The e-mail notification sent to you will serve as the reminder to mail your payment to United Arts. Please make sure to print the receipt for your records.
 
Can I make a payment on a previous pledge to United Arts?
 
Yes. Just enter the information as if you were making a donation, but be sure to type "payment" in the comment section before you finish the transaction. United Arts will apply your payment to any outstanding balance in your record.
 
Who is Click&Pledge and what is its relationship to United Arts?
 
ClickandPledge.com specializes in secured donations & payment management systems for organizations. Through our system, organizations don't have to be concerned about setting up elaborate systems for their web sites. A simple icon placement connects them to our secure site and we handle the rest.
 
How much of my information is saved?
 
For a detailed review of our privacy statement please review our strict TRUSTe approved privacy statement. The only information saved in our system is what appears on the receipt that is e-mailed to you. The information is only accessible by United Arts for reporting purposes. No other 3rd party will have or will be given access to your information.
 
What is "Remember Me" & how does it work?
 
A cookie is placed on your computer so the next time you want to make a donation or payment to any organization that uses the Click&Pledge system, all your information can be retrieved. This will save you valuable time in having to type the information again. There are other added benefits to using the Remember Me feature:
 
  • The system will remember your name, address, and e-mail.
  • For security reasons, NO credit card information is saved Ð this has to be typed every time.
  • You can log-in and review all your past donations and payments. This feature allows you to print your receipts anytime you wish Ðmaking it helpful if you need records of your donations or payments during tax- time.
