Professional teaching artists (individual artists, ensembles, and arts organizations) may apply to participate in the Artists in Schools (AIS) program. Artists and their programs support K-12 learners in today's school environments while making relevant connections to arts and/or non-arts curriculum standards through at least one of the following artistic disciplines: dance, literary, music, storytelling, theatre, visual art.

Information Sessions for Prospective Artists
Information sessions are held annually in February. Check back in early 2018 for dates.
Every spring, teaching artists may apply to include new programs in the Artists in Schools Directory. The application for the 2017-2018 school year was due in March 2017.
