Improvisation Skills: Rock, Pop & Jazz

Improvisation Skills: Rock, Pop & Jazz
For students who are experienced musicians (ex: participate in their school's band), learning improvisation techniques can be a fun and useful skill. Using the Berklee PULSE Jam Room online tool, students work with a play-along mixer that lets them remove instruments from familiar songs so they can practice playing along and improvising on their instrument of choice. Matt Douglas will work with students on improvisation techniques and help them develop their creativity as performers. Ear training games and exercises can be incorporated, as well.
